NAQI is a smart, data-driven SaaS platform designed to modernize waste management in Algeria, fully aligned with the National Integrated Waste Management Strategy (SNGID 2035). The platform connects all key stakeholders—citizens, waste collectors, recycling companies, municipalities, and collection trucks—into one unified digital ecosystem. NAQI transforms waste from an environmental burden into a traceable economic resource by enabling real-time data collection, optimized waste collection routes, and centralized environmental analytics. Citizens can report waste, collectors and recycling companies create economic value, and municipalities use dashboards and insights to make informed, data-driven decisions. Built on a cloud-based, modular, and scalable architecture with role-based access control, NAQI helps reduce illegal dumping, lower operational and fuel costs, improve urban cleanliness, and support the circular economy. The platform also creates new waste-related markets and job opportunities in line with Algeria’s 2035 sustainability goals. The long-term vision includes AI-based waste overflow prediction, dynamic pricing of recyclable materials, citizen incentive systems, full waste traceability, and nationwide scalability from a single municipality to a national deployment
